Annaville Baptist Church partnered with VisionBridge and Mark W. Todd Architects on multiple services. Initially, the church needed to create expansion options for their facilities to help accommodate their growing congregation. Therefore, we developed a Master Plan to address each concern, then helped the church strategize how to phase out the work to accomplish all their goals. Additionally, VisionBridge conducted a Feasibility Study to help develop an accurate estimate of what the church could afford to build and obtain in a capital campaign and loan. This study helped lay the foundation to launch a successful capital campaign.
