Mark Todd
Architect- President
Mark W. Todd has been involved in architecture, planning, and construction since 1979. His architectural experience includes design of projects in almost every area of religious, institutional, commercial, medical and educational facilities, as well as master planning and feasibility studies. This diversified background enables Mark to offer a broad scope of innovative services. In addition to the experience in his practice, Mark served on the School Board for Covenant Christian School from 2012-2016, and he is currently an active member at Northside Baptist Church in Huntsville as a Sunday School teacher, deacon, and trustee.
Cal Todd
Consulting Director
Cal has over 8 years of experience as a ministry staff member or in a leadership position for specific ministries in the Church. With a strong analytical background, he has worked on a variety of large scale projects by collecting data and translating it into beneficial information and a strategic plan. Cal is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration emphasizing Non-Profit Management and a Bachelor’s Degree from Sam Houston State University in Business Administration with minors in Entrepreneurship and Business Communications. In addition to Cal’s experience, he is an active member at Champion Forest Baptist Church- North Klein, Leading a Young Adults Life Group.
Scott Moore
Ministry Consultant
Rev. Scott Moore is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Lamar University, a Master of Divinity Degree from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University, and is currently a Ph.D. student at Our Lady of the Lake University where he is researching the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Scott has pastored churches throughout East Texas, leading them through periods of change and growth. He has led churches through processes of visioning, ministry alignment, budget analysis, and multi-million dollar stewardship and capital campaigns. Prior to entering the ministry, Rev. Moore served as a law enforcement officer with local agencies and as a Special Agent with the U.S. Customs Service. He has extensive experience in tactical operations as a SWAT operator, SWAT commander, and tactical firearms instructor. He also has previous experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent, Project Manager, and Construction Manager.
James Hunt
Licensed Security Specialist
James brings a wealth of experience to the table from his comprehensive background in the field of security. After his years of service in the U.S. Army, James worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He then spent the bulk of his career as a Sergeant for the Department of Public Safety. James is also committed to bringing his security expertise into the church realm. He has worked as Head of Security for multiple Youth/Pre-Teen camps, and he currently serves as the security contact and head deacon for his home Church, First Baptist Church Willis.
