Coastal Community Church

Provided design services for a significant renovation of a 1950's Pennington Buick dealership in Galveston, Texas. The project is located blocks from the seawall and implemented flood mitigation and remediation concepts in design. The original character of the building is maintained in many features with new contemporary elements to relate to the church's culture. Coordination between all consultants was completed with an emphasis on 3D BIM modeling. The project is under construction with an estimated completion of Spring 2022.
